Hi folks,

Welcome to your annual Prime Day thread. This is where we’ll share the best deals we can find over the Prime Day period, and where we encourage you to share your finds too.

We know Amazon isn’t for everyone, but if you’re after some bargains then put a watch on the thread and be sure to let us know if you’re after something in particular - we’ll be more than happy to hunt down a deal for you if we can. You do need to be a Prime member to take advantage of the deals, so if you want to sign up, click here to get started (here’s our guide on cancelling Amazon Prime too)

Top 3 deals right now

52% off Bagotte Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Vacuum Mop £128(click apply voucher for discount, was £270)

51% off Calgon Hygiene Plus Washing Machine Water Softener £9 (was £19)

40% off Revlon Salon One-Step Hair Dryer Brush and Volumiser
£37 (was £63)

We'll post deals in categories in the comments below so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for and we’ll post more throughout the day. Don't forget that Prime Day carries on tomorrow so we'll be back then too.

If you’d prefer getting deals straight to your inbox, sign up to receive our Moneysaver newsletter. We’ll be a send out a special roundup of the best discounts later this morning.

Just so you’re aware. Mumsnet carries some affiliate marketing links, so if you buy something through our posts, we may get a small share of the sale (more details here).

FYI, if you recommend deals on the thread, we might add a link into your post if we think it would be helpful to other users. (prices correct at the time of posting)

Happy Prime Day 💐

EveryFlightBeginsWithAFall · 12/07/2022 21:38

Or if you are looking for something cheaper u had the fitbit inspire 2 first which is 42.75 from 89.99

ahh @darisdet you've come to the right place.

The Philips Lumea IPL Prestige is the one a lot of MNner rave about. There's 30% off this one it comes with two attachments, £280 (was £400), but if you select apply voucher, you should get an extra £30 off. Making it cheaper than the last Black Friday deal - and the lowest ever price on Amazon.

There's also a 30% discount on the Prestige with four attachments, but there's no extra £30 off voucher on that one. It's not the lowest price it's ever been, but I reckon it's still a pretty good deal.

Hope that helps!

Thanks @RayaMumsnet

I've just asked over on Style & Beauty if they're worth buying as I've been deliberating about getting one for ages.

Ooh, is there anything in kids indoor swings/gym stuff? The DCs got chair swings for Christmas but they had a door swing from a local SEN toy library they loved and it had to go back.

bloodywhitecat · 12/07/2022 22:13

Thank you @RayaMumsnet

I'm looking for a starter camera for my daughter, so better than a kiddie one but not super fancy. Any good ones?

gracielooloo · 13/07/2022 09:47

Hairdryers?
Not quite as expensive as the Shark one, although it does look good.

I'm peeved because I had a steel framed pool (for £77!) in my basket, had to answer the door and when I came back to check out, and was told there was an error. Looks like it's gone from the prime deal so I feel a bit grumpy!

@QuestionableMouse Is this the one you had in your basket?

Hi @99point9FahrenheitDegrees

The VTech KidiZoom cameras are a safe bet according to comments on the forums.

The Studio Camera is currently on offer as part of Prime Day (was £70, now £39)

It's a video camera with a tripod but also functions as a regular digital camera (comes with a nifty handle/wrist strap too).

It features in our best cameras for kids roundup too.

Or this one comes with a built-in printer: KidiZoom PrintCam (40% off, now £48)

Or here's one for £20 (21% off): hooroor Kids Digital Camera, including a 32GB memory card. Not familiar with the brand but there are 2000+ positive reviews to scan through.

Hope that helps!
