Anybody had this latest weirdness?

Got a second star for pumpkins today. Had to get something like 450 to get it. I thought to get 3 stars I would need to get 1000 or something. When I go and have a look it seems that I need 3750 to complete pumpkins - exactly the same as strawberries which take half the time.

Soya Beans, a 1 day crop, only need 450 for 3 stars.

Is that right then, do I really need 3750 to get the pumpkin mastery? Seems really really high. I know that the longer it took to release a crop, as you worked your way thought the levels, the more you have to harvest but that is a big jump for a crop that was available at a very low level surely?

Anybody know how many they did/need to do for a 3rd pumpkin star?

can't remember what I needed for it now. But it sounds about right - I need 450 for 1st start Cranberries, 650 (irrc) for the 2nd star - but now need 2900 for the 3rd

I'm working towards second star for pumpkins, and I need ot get 1000 for that one - are you sure you only needed 450 for second star?

Why is it, that when i have multiple gifts to accept, if they are just normal gifts I get the option of accepting others and it doesn't go to the game until I have said I don't want to accept any more gifts for the time being.

But if they are stable related gifts it goes straight to the game for every single gift. Very annoying when you have over 40 gifts to collect!

(I'm a bit behind with my gift collectionas you may have gathered.)

Oh well, never mind - I shall just have to get on with it then! Just seems odd that an 8 hour crop should have the same target as a 4 hour crop. I could understand it if Pumpkins were a level 30 crop but it wasn't.

(Maybe it wasn't 450 to get the 2nds star. Might have been 1000 - whatever it was it seemed easily doable in a short space of time.)

Don't mind me - I seem to have my grumpy hat on today.

It's all different in mine. I've got Home, Profile and My Account over on the top right. There is no choice between News Feed and Live Feed; there is just a heading of News Feed and two links to Most Recent and Top News.

There are other changes too. I want to be able to choose Live Feed. 'Tis annoying.

Very odd - Facebook looks the same as it always did for me, although I seem to remember reading a comment about the change yesterday.

niecie - I'm also going for my pumpkin mastery; have just checked and I also need 3750 (only another 3000-odd to go). Tbh I hadn't really noticed it was so high as I got my second star and then got distracted by the limited-edition flowers, but will be back to pumpkins once they're over.
I didn't have that problem with stable gifts and going straight to the game, though - just the problem with getting behind with my gifts. I had over 70 at one point but am finally getting back on track, especially as I'm still getting a lot of stable gifts which I can delete straight away.

I'm only 3 collections away from my red ribbon.

I have over 70 gift requests sat waiting for me.........all stable stuff..........and that's what's left after I've gone through and accepted any non-stable stuff !

I don't really know what is going on with my gifts generally.

I had some ridiculous number of CW ones the other day which I steady accepted and as the CW gift number went down the FV number went up. It was like I wasn't allowed more than 100 gifts to show up at one time and they wee being released to me as I cleared a space by accepting a gift from another application. Goodness knows how many I have hidden away in the darkest recesses of FB!

Does everybody else only ever have 100 gifts showing at any one time?

was clicking on an old 'adopt this animal from feed' so as to find one to put on the feed (err, following so far?) and this blinking wallaby was still unadopted 5 hours later.

Now I have to get 4 more wallabies before I can level up....

I'm also getting pleasantly diverted by the racing game - have managed to uopgrade to swift racing!

my FB still looks the same, except the game feeds disappeared about 10 mins ago grrr
someone has said the news feed on fv.com still works...but I've never been able to log in there, when I click on Play Now, nothing happens
anyone got any ideas?

ds has a really ugly horrible wart on his arm, and my artichokes finally ready to harvest. and the bloody things look exactly like the head on the wart, and i cant get it out of my mind. aaarrrggghhhhh....

knickknack - I have no game feeds either

the farmville only feed on FB works every 1/2hr or so for me.

Relying on farmville.com at the moment

ónly need to find one more'... hmm, with the game feeds not working much, from the person who told me today they were really rare... then 3 consecutive long breeds... yeah, T&F, I can feel your sympathy from here!

feed stuff is hardly working, and when I do see a FV collection, I'm only getting things I've already got 10 of.. indication that it's time for bed, I suppose.

Coming a bit late to this thread but I am in search of neighbours, I need 4 more to get the big upgrade.
I'm on level 39.

Anyway, just thought I'd say hello before I go trawling through this thread to try and grab me some neighbours.

I waited for ages for a second wallaby, and then 3 came along in the space of 2 days... you never know
