I just do not understand the attraction with David Beckham

There are some men that I don't really find fanciable myself, but I can see why others would, Brad Pitt for example. But I just cannot see it with David Beckham.

I have just voiced this opinion to my administrator, who looked at me as if I was clearly insane.

I don't geddit, see.

With those looks, all that money and all that talent it'd probably be hugely surprising if he wasn't somewhat of an arse really wouldn't it? I mean, what are the chances?

Dittany, there are also reports that Victoria has a boyfriend and they are only together as their brand together is worth so much.

if they're staying together at this point, to guard their brand, when they already have more money than either of them could ever spend, then that's really mercenary.

I dunno, but there were loads of rumours that he is either Italian or French.
I bet it is all rubbish tbh.
We have no idea what goes on in their marriage.

Dittany, I agree, despite all her money and fame, VB is too insecure to start again. She'd rather be seen to be happily married than to risk it all and start again and be seen as a single woman. Very insecure. (but we all knew that)

Y'see I really fancy Jamie Redknapp, but he is also pretty, I just don't fancy DB. I used to work with someone who worked at MU and she said they were all spoilt little boys who had never lifted a finger for themselves. VB lost me after seeing her at that premiere the day after the Rebecca Loos thing came out, draping herself all over him and just clinging on for dear life. Tragic.

He is lovely, they always seem a really down to earth and "normal" couple.

Yes, Jamie Redknapp is cute. There's a bit of boy next door left in there somewhere though.

VB should have just left when that Rebecca Loos stuff came out. Face it girlfriend, he was guilty and she had the money and was still young... She's always wanted to live 20 metres away from her mum and her sister anyway!! David's footie got in the way of that.

Jamie Redknapp is going to look exactly like his dad when he's older (eww)

Beckham is actually much smarter than he sounds & is portrayed - can't remember the details now but I heard a proper interview once & he came across well and sent himself up. And he's a lovely dad.

Ditto VB actually (only a mum, obv!) The Loos thing was sad but I imagine footballers have a lot of spare testosterone swilling around & what else are they going to do with it?

And DB is extremely beautiful

David Beckham is my OHs only rival, funnily enough he isn't too worried about it

He has definitely got better with age, I think (because I want to perhaps?) that he and Victoria are good together and admire them for sticking with it, he is utterly gorgeous and I love his passion for football and kids etc...all round good bloke in my opinion...and as for him not being intelligent, well he is certainly successful and a fab football player, I don't think intelligence can always be measured in degrees and the ability to talk the talk at all...and i have a PhD and work in a uni so I know of what i speak

think he's dreadful but I know women who've seen him quite close in the flesh who say he has an incredible charisma/magnetism, like Blair or Clinton (and that's women who didn't go for him before)

He's my choice of celebrity shag that dh HAS to let me have, shuld he ever come a knocking at my door. Dh is allowed one too. But he couldn't think of anyone. I said DB in about 2 micro seconds.
