Apparently Christian Bale had a major rant on the set of Terminator Salvation when the director of photography accidentally interrupted his scene. You can listen to it here. Warning though - Its pretty intense and the language isn't pretty!

I think he's a fantastic actor but what a primadonna!
I wonder if he has heard this and what he thinks. I would be mortified.

There is a Mumsnetter (forget which one) whose DP works in the film industry; she said that at one prosthetic fitting (I think) her DP was not allowed to address CB directly but had to relay every request via a personal assistant.

Have just played DH that clip and the story. Is quite impressive for his PR people that this (him being a complete knob) has been kept under the radar.

Until now.... perhaps like Tom Cruise he took the fatal decision of changing his publicity person. Often a flood of bad stories come out about a sleb when they change publicity people.

This sounds like a scene from The Wire!

Really have gone off him after hearing this. I have a real problem with actors who treat people like shit. Sounds like a fecking egomaniac! His accent is really odd too. He is British isn't he?

LOL, I did have a friend who worked with her on Zorro and when she loses it (happens quite a lot apparently) she goes VERY Welsh
