Oh no, it is horrible.
Just nasty, not clever-nasty.
Standard DM shite - lets knock women!

GraceGrapello · 10/12/2008 12:19

God utterly vile! I was reading at work. How do they get away wiht it!

QwertyQueen · 10/12/2008 12:26

I think it is funny!!!
"clamber back up the U-bend of celebrity" PMSL!

OhGetOverMyself · 10/12/2008 12:31

Why would anyone get off on this kind of shit?

Can't the author think of anything better to write about?

What a prize bitch.

Piffle · 10/12/2008 12:40

rejoicing in her husbands financial demise
Classy journalism
Ironic jan moir mentioned U Bends, presumably most of her journalism is inspired from the sewers.
Low and nasty. Not affectionate as it could have been imho

jooseyfruit · 10/12/2008 12:41

utterly unpleasant reading.

ThomcatIsForLifeNotJustForXmas · 10/12/2008 12:45

Oh my God, what an utterly vile piece
How can anyone enjoy reading that.
Sounds like a bitter, twisted, jealous, plain nasty piece.
The Daily Mail just continue to confirm they are trash.

BigGitDad · 10/12/2008 13:00

I used to love Jan Moir's restaurant reviews in the Telgraph but really am stunned by that bitchy article. Anthea really has got up her nose. Why say it to someones face whne you can put it in print eh!

PingpingsatonSantasface · 10/12/2008 16:06

Awful article there is nothing funny about the credit crunch in fact I feel sorry for her.

FunnyLittleFrog · 10/12/2008 16:07

I don't particularly like AT but that is horrible, very bitchy and nasty.

Why does Moir hate her so much I wonder?

That's the second Mail link I've seen on MN today.

CrushWithEyeliner · 10/12/2008 16:13

nasty stuff, really vile

Lizzylou · 10/12/2008 16:17

I've never been an AT fan, but that article is horrendous and just pure bitchy drivel.

Lulumama · 10/12/2008 16:21

so utterly, unashamedly nasty

some people just revel in schadenfreude ( Sp? )

very nasty to crow some publicly at an acquaintances demise

i can;t really take any pleasure in reading such crapola.

leaves a nasty taste in the mouth

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 10/12/2008 16:30

Oh Jan Moir is a bitch.

roundcornvirgin · 10/12/2008 16:30

Very nasty. The author sounds jealous of Anthea actually.

Pan · 10/12/2008 16:50

sad thing is that the DM just know that it will make a popular read. This is what fills up the minds of DM readers, such as they are. Can we not have a sort of filter that prevents links from the DM??

FunnyLittleFrog · 10/12/2008 17:19

The DM (and their readers) hate women so they just love it when a female journo has a go at a female celeb. Catfights like this get all those old colonels really excited I suppose.

This kind of garbage doesn't really do the feminist cause much good does it? Just confirms the old stereotypes about women being vaccuous bitches obsessed with gaining male approval by slagging off other women.

LOL that the Mail's women's section is called Femail - sounds like a nightclub for transvestite postmen

VivaLaPotPourri · 10/12/2008 17:27

Nasty nasty nasty. Don't get the point of it.

BingleJells · 13/12/2008 23:42

Reflects the minds of most DM readers. Nasty, bitcht, vile article.

beanieb · 13/12/2008 23:52

It's unbelievably nasty!

beanieb · 13/12/2008 23:56

Jan Moir seems to have had an obsession with Anthea's boobs for a while

kikid · 13/12/2008 23:59

Who reads this paper?

God grief what shite..

kikid · 13/12/2008 23:59

Good grief [blush}

NoBiggyTurkeyHereThanks · 14/12/2008 00:05

beanieb, surely that's the same article without the crowing?

leoleomakingalist · 14/12/2008 00:07

I think the writer needs to get a life!
