how lovely to have a new baby at xmas time

my decs are up fala

no we don't row about decs

its ds2's birthday tomorrow we always put decs up a couple of days after his birthday so will do it on monday, i hope

we have to find a tree first

dp is fussy about trees its drives me mad at the time but he does always pick a beautiful one

I just grabbed one from tesco.

Its nice little one, after last years palava [sp] we had a 7ft and approx 50 ft wide

I got a nice ickle one this year.

god my mum is chatty today ,she didnt stop talking ,she has been out for xmas dinner with the club she goes to. i have to go over dd,s tonight as its my oldest gd,s birthday today 14 yrs old! i saw her face before anyone else !!!! no body just her head !

Sparkles, Poppy is positively thriving, well done!

Christmas decorations are scattered throughout the house, but I keep moving them and rearranging

We have a small berry wreath tied with a red gingham bow on the door, white static lights on a big bush near the road...erm...small tree by open fire in living room with wooden and tin decs plus white berry lights and small multicoloured lights, tin stars hanging with gingham ribbon in window, oh and beautiful nativity that mil gave to G when he was christened.....wooden heart garland around mirror in hall....glass lantens hanging over kitchen table with red berry heart wreath on kitchen door, frosted white tealight holders on windowsill....misteltoe over the bed.....dining-room has moss covered tree shaped thingy [not real] with fairy lights in the corner, oversized glass candlesticks on table ........will gather holly and ivy nearer the day to put on mantlepieces and on dining table

G has a wooden advent calender with little drawers on his windowsill.

That was all very boring wasn't it?

I've been caught up with teaching and nursing G who has a bad cold, but hopefully I'll get to chat soon
