Never thought of her as a running/gym type person so wonder how on earth she has got to the level of fitness needed whilst remaining...erm...so tiny!?

As a keen runner myself I will be watching keenly to see if she does it...respect to her if she does although will be a bit jealous as would love to do a marathon..got first rejection from London this year!

How did I know it is only cos Katie HOlmes has done it. I hopw she at least wears a bra, unlike Mrs Cruise

this is it..i just can't imagine how she has enough on her to give her the energy to do it?? I haven't seen any pictures of her recently so maybe she has changed? Surely her body would of changed alot with her suddenly being a keen runner...well keen enough to run a marathon!?
