phillip Schofield was a patronising Tw@T on that interview and should be severely admonished

for his revolting belittling tone

Kerry is a grown woman regardless of her 'failings' and by rights should be spoken to as such

i keep watching this part of the clip

patronising toss scroll through to 7.06 for full on patronising by Phillip

southeastalien · 24/10/2008 21:35

i never liked smug old philip scofield anyway, he's a professional presenter with no opinion or backbone, he's very limp

MARGOsBeenPlayingWithMyNooNoo · 24/10/2008 21:36

I didn't mean her slurring speech was a stunt I meant the MTV producers {and maybe her DH} let her go on ITV knowing how she sounded and exploited her so that everyone would be talking about it the next day and then watch the MTV show to see what happened beforehand and afterwards.

I watched it live as it happened

And these are the facts:

  1. She arrived really really late
  1. She had a film crew from her reality tv show with her
  1. Phil & Fern needed to comment cos it sounded like she was drunk etc.
  1. Phil & Fern were having the ITV bosses and their producers talking into their earpieces during the interview cos viewers had been phoning up and emailing asking what was wrong with KK

And the stunt that MTV pulled has worked cos now loads of publicity for the show and lots of people will watch it ~~~ who maybe wouldn't have known it was on

QED

"Just for Men" obviously isn't made by L'Oreal, or Mr Schofield would be worthy t.

RottenOtter · 25/10/2008 00:10

i dont think he was - she should be responsible for her own actions lets face it.

SecondComing · 25/10/2008 00:48

The person who was in the car with her on the way to the interview is the one who should be blamed.
Her 'd'h was it
FWIW like they said the next day, if they hadn't mentioned it she would never have had the chance to 'explain' and it would have gone crackers.

RottenOtter · 25/10/2008 00:52

its not the mentioning i object to

Its the patronising comment about how much she had changed ' oh you have changed Kerry - believe me you have'

feck off and stop treating a grown woman like a naughty schoolgirl

PS is a patronising tosser anyway, i cant stand him.

ScareyBitchFeast · 25/10/2008 11:35

ah come on, she has to take responsbility for her actions. she is not a feckng child. if she didnt feel she should go on she should have said so, she must have known her speech was slurred.
still not seen link btw but caught a bit live

ScareyBitchFeast · 25/10/2008 11:37

and - as i already said - and others too no doubt, for her, any publicity is good publicity. the more scandolous, probably the better. wait for the serialisation of my pain in the NOTW/daily express

meglet · 25/10/2008 14:09

LOL at suburbandyrad. I was there that day!

bodycolder · 25/10/2008 16:25

That show was good enough for her before when she had some second rate book or dvd to sell to fund her sad bloody circus so if they want to ask her whats up when she appears in that state then I think its only fair.

DrNortherner · 25/10/2008 17:40

Oh come on do not feel sorry for kerry katone purlease. She has had a shit life yes, but then so have lots and lots of people. She has had more opportunities and cash than most and she has pissed it up the wall.

She is now famous for being famous, the media getting slated for filming her downfall is what she badly needs or else dhe gest no money.

She could go away quietly and get herself sorted but I suspect she won't.....

BitOfFun · 25/10/2008 17:41

BabyBaby123 · 25/10/2008 17:43

Brian McFadden was meant to be going for custody of their kids ages ago - wonder what's going on there? Surely if he really wanted custody he would have got it by now
