she hasnt got a grave ,he has got her ashes in his flat,he isnt strong enough yet to let her go.what are you scared of ?

i used to think that abou my sister ,i used to imagine she had emigrated to australia and thats why i couldnt see her ! but i did used to actually get comfort from tending her grave and i always talk to her when i am there.In the beginnng i used to go nearly every other day,now i go on our birthday ,xmas and easter etc and if i go to any more funerals in the same place i always go over to her.

no it isnt fair ,but i have learnt that its all part of life ! yes i miss her terribly but we talk about her often ,i have several pics up of her,she is always in our hearts.That was the most awful thing i have had to go through and i was the strongest one of the lot because the family all kept coming round here to my house and meeting up with each other.they would all be tearful so i tried to be stronbg,but i paid for it ten months later by having to have 3 months off work with a bad depression

and it wqs made even worse that m grandad had died only 12 weeks prior to her dying. strangley enough the following year my gs was born and guess what he was born on my grandads birthday,that little baby helped me so much.And his second name is nicholas after my sister nichola !

That was hard, wasn't it?

Being strong for everyone else and not giving yourself the space and time to grieve.

Dh lost his dad at 16 and is only now facing up to his feelings of loss.

He just feels enormously cheated.

Cheated that he never really got to know him properly.

yes ,its a very young age to lose a parent isn it. there are very sad things happenng all ove for lots of people arent there ,just pooped into scuttle olives baby def on the way !! how exciting to have a new litle life coming.
