No, the hair's OK, zippi - honestly, grey roots under dyed hair look much worse than plain grey! (Look at Honor Blackman & Helen Mirren)

It's the tiny wizened head on top of a normal middle-aged body that looks so peculiar. It's just an unfortunate camera angle on the droopy cheeks plus the tiny little chin.
