Old neighbour of ours was an alcoholic but didn't want her husband to know, she made the booking on line and when she died someone called round to say the wine cellar contents was actually theirs. I'll see if I can find the link

This is my absolute worst fear about cleaning out relatives houses in future. Maybe just chuck them out when you're 80 and do your kids a favour!
