Well the rule 25 motion has been denied yesterday, the double jeopardy ruling and all the business with the jury notes is still on the cards unless he rules on them before then.
No way of knowing really now the November court date will go, The DA did sound like they wanted to retry her but I don't think they have a hope of getting a conviction, so who knows!
