I love these threads and they give me great inspiration.

We are having pizzas tonight. I buy the margarita bases and then just adapt for everyone

DCs- pepperoni pizza with a green salad, tomatos, grated carrot, followed by watermelon and ice cream with sprinkles.

DH and I - vegetable pizzas with mushrooms, onions, olives, peppers and an avocado and lettuce salad followed by watermelon and ice cream with sprinkles.

I can't be bothered doing much else, and at least there are nutrients and taste in there.

Sausages,mixed veg brown rice, Spinach and beetroot salad OR tender stem broccoli

Ive scrapped the watermelon and ice cream as we don't have room in the freezer. So now we are having meringue nests with strawberries, bananas and vanilla yoghurt.

I'm trying to get into the habit of having fresh fruit for pudding every day. The Dcs are highly resistant to fruit.

Autumn Soup- from an old 80s (I think) cookery book. Carrot, peppers, onion, tomato puree, stock, tin of beans, apple, a potato, and dumplings made of bread and sausage.

Hoisin salmon with noodles and tenderstem broccoli

Burger and chips. DH is cooking and will grill the burgers, but make proper chips from peeled potatoes done in lard in the deep fat fryer!

Not v healthy, and I usually cook but I can't be bothered tonight and just feel like something easy.

Last night I made salmon noodle stir fry.

Burritos! Black and kidney beans, rice, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, and cheese, in wraps (gluten free corn soft tacos for me)

Homemade lamb saag bhuna and steamed rice.

Garlic and herb chicken steaks, wedges and corn on the cob. Pudding will be spiit pot yogurt

Chicken sausage toad in the hole (my lighter summer version of TITH) with chicken gravy and leeks and cabbage cooked with cider vinegar and whole grain mustard. Delish.

I’m trying to make a homemade Indian takeaway, the curry looks great, bhajis look amazing but the naan looks a bit ropey! I’ve done it all from scratch and it’s my first time making the naan so I’m giving myself a pat on the back anyway!

We had avgolemoni,cypriot soup. It is still 36,37 degs here so felt a bit wrong but always a crowd pleaser!

We did a family BBQ for lunch so I think we've got lots of leftover salads etc to have and DH is eyeing up the chicken tikka that was left to go with it.

This Garlic and tahini cod with extra green beans and tenderstem broccoli because we have too much to fit in the veg drawer!

This sounds interesting. What kind of beans please? Do you blitz it?

Pasta bake with green beans and tomatoes from my parents garden. Raspberries (sadly not from the garden) for pudding.

Quorn tenders Caesar salad with crusty bread dipped in olive oil.

followed by strawberry jelly with strawberries in

Lamb steak, mashed potatoes, carrot, cauliflower, broccoli and cabbage, plus a smidgin of gravy. Then a small bowl of vanilla ice cream with a dollop of PX sherry.

Fillet steak, sweet potato fries, tenderstem broccoli with a side of help yourself mac & cheese.

Salmon darnes with lemon butter and veg. Magnums for after. Or maybe Greek vanilla yogurt with mushy raspberries (defrosted from frozen).
