What do you think you can eat in limitless amount and have you ever tried? 😂🤮

For me:

Lidl bakery brownie - not tried, but I think I need to learn my limit
Tiramisu - tried, failed after a few decent table spoonfuls
Smoked salmon - not tried, expensive
Blue cheese - not tried, too scared

DD (26) is the same with salmon and tiramisu, we did the tiramisu together last year. She was making bold claims about coleslaw and sauerkraut, but not sure if there was any action.

Blue Doritos
crisps generally

PatioDwellers · 05/08/2026 19:27

Crisps, can, and have, eaten a family pack to myself.
cheese
peanuts.

canuckup · 05/08/2026 19:28

Those stroopwaffles

I reckon I could eat at least 50

hobbledyhoy · 05/08/2026 19:29

Padron peppers, I think I could polish off an entire barrow full

hobbledyhoy · 05/08/2026 19:29

Oh and chocolate Brazil nuts

ImogenBrocklehurst · 05/08/2026 19:30

M&S Cheesy Wotsits. I can put away a big family bag without taking a breath. Never done more than one bag, but I’ve never finished a bag without wishing there was more..

blackrabbitwhiterabbit · 05/08/2026 19:30

Crumpets with butter and a touch of marmite.

BillieWiper · 05/08/2026 19:30

I can't stop eating popcorn until every bit has gone. Similar issue with grapes.

I just ate six big stroopwaffles. And I could eat more if there were any left!

I used to be able to eat a whole box of crunchy nut cornflakes in one day?!

blackrabbitwhiterabbit · 05/08/2026 19:31

Agree with stroopwaffles.

ilovesblinkinido · 05/08/2026 19:35

Cheese strings, have easily eaten 8 in a row and think I could eat more, I reckon I could have about 15.
Seeded linseed sourdough toast with butter AND peanut butter - was one of my essentials I used to queue for at the bakery in the pandemic and could easily polish off a whole loaf in a day. Type 2 now puts an end to that!
Same goes for a sharing box of Maltesers - absolutely no sharing occurs and gone in 5 mins.

pepayfelix · 05/08/2026 19:35

Jaffa cakes. I reckon I could eat a kilometre of them.

Sasha07 · 05/08/2026 19:37

Roast dinner, it's one of the few things I can stuff myself with then wonder how I fitted it all in.

My homemade cake... Or the character supermarket kids cakes. So addictive.

RamsayBoltonsConscience · 05/08/2026 19:45

M & S trifle. Definitely couldn’t but would be prepared to try.

Dilemma999 · 05/08/2026 19:48

Roast chicken dinner with all of the trimmings. I’d happily have it every day.

postitnot · 05/08/2026 19:51

Chocolate hobnobs. Can't have them in the house (i get them for special occasions like mothers day)

EdinaTheConfessor · 05/08/2026 19:53

Cheese and pate on (separate) crackers
Ben and Jerrys ice cream of any flavour
doritos with dips
Sandwiches on a buffet

I have no off switch with any of those.

edited to add prawn crackers

CatsLikeBoxes · 05/08/2026 20:04

Tiramisu, chocolate trifle
Mainly crisps though. I could live off them happily

ineedadehumidifier · 05/08/2026 20:06

Pasta. Specifically spaghetti with a bit of butter and loads of cheese. I can eat obscene amounts. I don’t keep it in the house anymore because if I did, I wouldn’t fit through my front door 🤣🤣

MyKindHiker · 05/08/2026 18:34

OMG what animals are a sugar puff made from???

They contain honey so no more gorging on them for me.

kwikfitt · 05/08/2026 20:08

Chicken chow mein with curry sauce
Domino's stuffed crust meaty pizza
Toast with lots of lurpak

HoppityBun · 05/08/2026 20:11

Fresh black English cherries. I can’t stop.

MotherofPearl · 05/08/2026 20:11

Doritos. Specifically chilli heatwave. Blush

TheSpryLemur · 05/08/2026 20:19

Poppadoms, with a good pickle tray. I feel like there is no limit to them, they are just delicious air and I sometimes resent the curry as I just want more poppadoms.

Optimisticdramalarma · 05/08/2026 20:19

Tesco chicken and bacon salad meal deal (with cheddars and a cherry coke)

I buy them for my lunch at work (that or chicken fajita wrap) but try to chop and change so I don't go off them

I'd be fucked if I did go off them as its my lunch and I don't like any of the other sandwiches

I'd live on them and nothing else given the chance

dizzydizzydizzy · 05/08/2026 18:27

Fresh hot bread just out of the oven with lashings of butter.

Same.

Also, chicken nuggets. Completely plain, no dipping sauce. I don't know why I like them so much. I think my record is 20 nuggets in one sitting, but I could eat more. It's like they take up no space in my stomach.
