Hi, just wondering whether anyone has given their child phenergan? My daughter is 10 but I’m wary of giving it to her as someone has told me their child slept for 3 days! Has anyone any experience of using it?

I thought this was taken off the market. My dd was prescribed it as a baby and that was back in the eighties.

No, it’s used in psychiatry for anxiety, or to help sleep occasionally. DD2 tells me, as she was told to take it for anxiety, it doesn’t make her sleepy anymore.
