I'm in the PMS zone and so just currently craving carp to eat. Right now I would love a Greggs chicken and bacon baguette, some salt n vinegar crisps (baked for preference) some sort of disgustingly gooey fudge cake and a bottle of sprite.

Chicken chow mein, realllly saucy, with prawn crackers. And an ice cold, crisp Coke. Mmmm.

I'm sorry about your mum, I have experience with both conditions and they're so very cruel 💐. But her cake sounds amazing.

A nice white well buttered barm cake. With really heavily salt and vinegars chips and gravy on. With some slices hot roast chicken.

I would snap up a dozen oysters and a bottle of Sancerre. Or as PP a very large plate of sashimi with cold sake. OR a perfect cheese plate paired with the perfect red.
Am very far from the sea so oysters not an option. This is not a cheese culture country either. Sashimi OTOH is available - and pretty good tbf - but without the sake (unless in a very fancy pants restaurant)

And, in the middle, @WWomble's filet steak. Plus string fries. Plus a peppercorn sauce.
Or maybe some char-grilled lamb chops. Definitely with petite pois. And some Jersey Royal potatoes.

Bean and montery Jack cheese quesadilla with home made pico de gallo with loads of lime and coriander with fluffy yellow rice with peppers and sweetcorn in and cold soured cream.

I would love some monkfish or scallops perfectly cooked with linguini in olive oil and cracked pepper .

A bag of cheesy moments, miss them more than I should. Old style lucozade

Chicken dopiaza with mushroom pilau and a keema naan with a huge glass of red wine. We do not have one decent Indian where I am (Ireland, possibly the entirety of the southern end with a handful of exceptions nowhere near me) and I would absolutely kill for one.

Years ago I had a savoury cheesecake starter at a 12 th century inn in Devon. So maybe that if someone cold snap their fingers for me.
