Left it last night at Aldi self service and find my phone is showing that as the last location.

Can’t believe I have gone from 7pm to this morning without realising I don’t have it. Swear I saw it last night and nearly went back to put it on charge but remember thinking it will be there tomorrow. It’s not there. And find my iPhone says it was never there. Unless it ran out of battery exactly at checkout which I find hard to believe.

Equally find it hard to believe I didn’t notice I didn’t have it when I got out the car. Very confused but at this point accepting it’s gone.

After flapping round half the morning because it’s disorientating not having it. Try to order a replacement sim. Sends a notification to my lost phone.

Try to order a phone. Can’t log in without notifying my phone.

Cant ring anyone to do this offline.

Anddd I thought about just buying a phone outright which I did not want to do..

I know not going to be able to do that as bank will want to verify.

Have you rung Aldi to ask if they have it?

Or go back there and ask in person?
Borrow a friend or neighbour's phone to ring?

You should be able to log into vinted on a pc, so you can update your buyer.

Do you have banking apps on your phone, and have cards stored for Apple or google pay? If so you should phone your bank to tell them what’s happened cancel your cards.

And neither will nursery be getting paid on time because I need verification for tax free childcare.

I have clicked lost phone on find my phone which apparently shuts down all the payment on there.

Honestly I am so lost. Besides looking for my phone , all morning I have been like ‘ahh, I will do x’. Nope, no you won’t!

When it happened to me I got told by my bank I should have called them as soon as it happened too as well as the find my phone deactivation. They sent me new cards.

On the phone she doesn't have? 😂

I would love to but I have no phone lol 😂

The good news is it’s the end of the month so there’s no money to be stolen.

I hope all your apps are protected and you have it all set up securely so they can’t interact with notifications on the lock screen and if they’re able to get into the phone, they can’t change security settings, use the wallet or see your photos or notifications.

Passwords need to be on other devices / on a hidden saved photo in the cloud etc.

You need to log into your Apple account from another device and lock your phone so it can't be used to spend your money.

I agree that it's probably worth trying Aldi again.

I'd then use any old phone (ask around, someone in your circle will have a spare) and get an e sim sent to it so you're connected again.

Then, assuming Aldi don't have your phone, you'll need to get a new one to carry on with your life as normal.
