Wtaf???

TheLightSideOfTheMoon · 13/06/2026 10:00

I actually really like moss. Not fake moss though…

omghereistrouble · 13/06/2026 10:05

dont get it looks like a kitchen

bangingmyheadonabrickwall · 13/06/2026 10:09

Fake grass and moss splashback aside, that is a lovely home. I am in awe at how clean and tidy it is!

OneThreadOnlybyN · 13/06/2026 10:09

That's a lot of house for the money. I don't know the area. But the house has a nice outlook.

the 'muss' is a bit odd, but I wouldn't have started a thread about it, unless I was wanting to draw attention to a horse I was selling.

in which case. Declutter some rooms, they look crammed & short of storage.

Slightly unusual splash back don't you think?

Larrythecatforpm · 13/06/2026 10:11

occasional bedroom/reception so it’s a four bed house not a 5 bed then. 🤦‍♀️ one of those bedrooms is designed for a tiny hobit as well. Not worth the price.

Sesquioxides · 13/06/2026 10:13

Wow that's a lot of house for the money. Really surprised that you can get something like that for that price in the south of England.

DameOfThrones · 13/06/2026 10:13

Perhaps they're gearing up for the world cup?

sittingonabeach · 13/06/2026 10:13

I wondered whether they had some fake lawn leftover and wondered where to put it!

BIWI · 13/06/2026 10:16

The description says it's a 'living moss' wall

sittingonabeach · 13/06/2026 10:20

Why would you have that where you are cooking?

dottiedodah · 13/06/2026 10:29

More west of England really .Prices there a good bit cheaper than the south

Dontcallmescarface · 13/06/2026 10:33

Never mind the kitchen I've just looked at the floor plan, 1 bathroom which is on the 2nd floor and 1 W.C on the 1st floor, for a 5 bed house is ridiculous.

TheBloomingDahlia · 13/06/2026 10:38

Wouldn’t that melt/burn with the heat and be impossible to clean splashes off? Quite like the look of it 🙈 but very impractical!

In what world is that cluttered?

WinterFrogs · 13/06/2026 10:41

Apart from the moss, I quite like it! Not that i need a five bedroom house now but I'd have been happy to bring kids up there.

EverythingElseIsTaken · 13/06/2026 10:42

That’s a lot of house! I have a small mid terrace that would sell for way more than that!

BUT most of the bedrooms are very small with no storage, that plastic grass would have to go, and only one real bathroom for five bedrooms? The second “bathroom” is a toilet and basin! The kitchen is technically bigger than mine but manages to look pokey.

Definitely not the house for me even if it was in the right area.

appleberryhandcream · 13/06/2026 10:44

Beautiful house

dapsnotplimsolls · 13/06/2026 10:48

That kitchen makes me feel claustrophobic! Also, have you spotted the disappearing fridge freezer? 😁

I guess 'busy' is a better word. It has too many things in most rooms for my preference, especially p26 & 39 (I think that's right) are the same photo & the boot room is 'too much' for me.

if I was looking to buy it wouldn't bother me as I can see past owners stuff to how it would be if it was mine. I just think the rooms would look better & bigger with a but less in them. The room with the desk would look better with a chair instead of the bright red stool.

No I looked again and it's disappeared do well I can't see it!

Whuch number photo is it in??

WinterFrogs · 13/06/2026 11:16

Yes you're probably right about the boot room @OneThreadOnlybyN. And it's probably been tidied up for the pictures. The rest though, looks like plenty of room to swing a cat.

girlygirly · 13/06/2026 11:18

I think if I was spending £ 1/2mil I would want a garage, it’s also got a tiny garden. What bemuses me is the ‘dining room’ - it’s the (albeit huge) hall. The area (for Weston Super Mare) is good but the ‘parking ‘ looks like it is the long drive, which would drive us as a 2 car family, nuts. Remember Butterflies? 😂

Large houses seem difficult to sell, Weston isn’t the richest area, in the last year our house has increased by almost £100k, my parents much bigger house only £40k. 🤷‍♀️
