Camel toe drama

Missypuddingchops · 11/06/2026 21:40

Im going right in with honesty...the older ive gotten the 'longer' my bits of skin down there have gotten! I go to the gym and i like to wear my seamless shorts to keep it all in order...so to speak however im still getting a bloody camel toe! Ive tried loose shorts so you cant see it but they get caught on some of the machines and nearly cut me in half. Is there any tried and test anti camel toe thongs that actually work? Before I get the scissors out...

When you say “they get caught on some of the machines and nearly cut me in half”…..can I check that you’re referring to the shorts, not the skin!😂

Escapetothebumfrey · 11/06/2026 22:19

I think we need a diagram OP

bigsoftcocks · 11/06/2026 22:29

Use a liner- could even be washable.
so less sweaty maybe. That’ll flatten things out

TY78910 · 11/06/2026 22:33

Panty liners are your BF!

Pastelpug · 11/06/2026 22:41

Period pants ..they have a padding at the front that smoothes everything out .plus if you happen to get a tad sweaty down there ,you don't leave a wet mark on any gym equipment..you only need the light flow ones ..and they are actually very nice and comfy,my bits have lost their padding as I've aged ,and these make sitting a bit more comfy..I only started wearing them ,as I swim every day and don't like the damp knicker feeling after getting dressed..so wonderful for that too .
Highly recommend

Panty liners!!! Of course! I might have double up though ladies...this situation going on is REAL...when you've got a little old man openly staring from 20 FEET away at my camel hoof..you know its bad. Ill put my scissors back in the drawer...🤣🤣🤣

Took me a moment to realise you were saying your shorts get caught in the machines not your...umm. Anyways.

I don't really understand the issue. Isn't underwear sufficient? 🤔

IwanttoWFH · 12/06/2026 07:23

I keep seeing Olora “camel toe proof” underwear advertised on my Instagram. It’s supposed to be made for the gym. Maybe look into this.

HiZev · 12/06/2026 07:23

I'm a very keen gym goer and wear loose shorts and I don't understand at all what equipment you think they'll get stuck in. Men don't wear skin tight work out gear generally and seem to survive.

EmeraldSlippers · 12/06/2026 07:24

Most gym members (pretty much all men for instance) don't wear skin tight shorts and seem to manage the machines without cutting themselves in half. Maybe you're using the machines wrong.

🤣🤣🤣 I was thinking ohya bugger bet thats sore picturing my skin getting a trim on the machines too!!

slowhandss · 12/06/2026 07:27

If men can manage without exposing themselves I’m sure you’ll manage. Just wear looser stuff

CurdinHenry · 12/06/2026 07:29

Just wear jogging bottoms like real people do?

Joolay · 12/06/2026 07:32

I wear those shorts with cycling shorts sewn in

OrdinaryGirl · 12/06/2026 07:35

What about cycling shorts with a normal pair of shorts over the top? I think this is what lots of blokes do to manage the dangly bits / equipment / aesthetic conundrum

Owly11 · 12/06/2026 07:41

Sounds like a problem easily solved without starting a thread about it.

Forestgreenblue · 12/06/2026 07:51

pantyliners definitely!!! I highly recommend the Tena lights ones - they are the most cotton feel ones I’ve found. Some I’ve used have a ‘sweaty’ feel to them. Yes they are designed to catch very tiny leaks but these for me definitely win hands down. Also as an added bonus, they are super good for lighter period days/perimenopause

ManyATrueWord · 12/06/2026 07:57

Look for a garment with some compression to hold in loose skin.

tiramisugelato · 12/06/2026 08:21

We’re not all going to talk about our bits for you Hmm

Ginmonkeyagain · 12/06/2026 08:29

Do what most men do and get shorts that are a bit loose on top with a built in lycra lining to keep everything snug and in place.

Just how baggy are your shorts that they are getting caught in the machine, are you wearing bloomers or something?

Imanexcellentdrivercharliebabbit · 12/06/2026 08:32

My sister calls her baggy Fanny lips her ‘wizard sleeves /moose knuckle’
