I've got a lasagne baking in the oven and it smells lovely. We are having it with salad and wine😁

DH making green thai chicken curry (sauce from a jar but who cares 😄) with rice and naan while I chill with a g & t - bliss 😊

Chicken tikka masala (also from a jar) rice, naans and poppadoms. Mint cornetto for dessert 😆

I love Thai green curry. I made one last week and used a different curry paste, unfortunately
it was hotter than a volcano....I was so disappointed as we could barely ear it🤣

Making a chicken tikka recipe I found on TikTok the other day.

Chilli from the freezer, rice and roasted tomatoes. Although I really want lasagna now.

I’m on my own until Sunday, so making a beef casserole for tonight and tomorrow, as DS won’t touch anything like that, so I tend to save it for when he’s at his dad’s.

crimble crumble for pudding?

I made a huge batch of bolognaise sauce today and it’s delicious but I’m on my own this evening, have cracked open the wine and I’m not sure I can be bothered with it and might just have cheese and crackers (and more wine!)

DP and I are off in the camper for a few days so will take a couple of portions for dinner one night and the rest will be frozen for when we’ve a full house.

M&S spatchcock chicken, caesar salad and wedges. Chilling with a margarita atm it's been a long horrible week.

Ds15 had chicken nuggets & wedges (yum biege food) ds10 had tomato soup. I’m having a cocktail 😂

We had biryani onigiri with some karahi sauce and a little salad.

Pork ribs in various sauces, mac & cheese, and sweetcorn (from the tin unfortunately because the didn’t have any on the cob!).

Had a big lunch out so maybe some beans on toast.

We had minted lamb koftas with rice and a nice salad with feta cheese was delish

That’s favourite in our house however we are also “team lasagne” tonight as everyone really enjoys it

Homemade chicken fried rice and shop bought vegetable spring rolls.

H is on dinner duty tonight and is doing burgers - don’t know what with. I fancy chips, beans and fried onions but it’s more likely to be salad.
