Chippy Fish and Chips

I'm on a diet. So it's marinated anchovies, a packet of pom bears, and three glasses of vinho verde

Both DC are at friends for dinner and I’m too lazy to go to Tesco so I’m having cream cheese on rivita washed down with some nosecco.

I had Sweet Potato chips, bbq chicken skewers and salad, was delicious. Tomorrow night, steak.

Working late, so a rare Chinese takeaway: honey chili prawns and boiled rice.

Skipped lunch.

We had salmon en croute (Aldi) with honey roasted carrots and sweetcorn.

Friday is curry night here. Has been for years, I'm usually the chef and I do a great variety of different curries. DS home from uni and doesn't like prawns in curry, so we had a beef rendang esque curry.

Oooh care to share the recipe? My curries never taste that authentic
