Have you ever hated something that seems very popular with everyone else ?

Just for fun so no sarcasm or nastiness please .
My friend and I went to see a West End musical this week . I was really looking forward to it . Great reviews . Celebrity cameos . Camp and fun . Seemed right up our street .
We both hated it . We were turning to each other with puzzled looks and raised eyebrows (we've known each other forever and have very similar tastes so no words needed) .
The audience seemed off their tits to be honest . Screeching at every unsubtle innuendo . Shouting responses to the actors . It was like a really bad hen do .
We left at the interval .
My point is that everyone else seemed to be having a great time . The staff who opened the doors to allow us to leave at the interval were incredulous . I quote : "Are you not enjoying it ?!"
Well no , we weren't . We thought it was shit .
This is a show that is up for lots of awards and has had so many positive reviews .
Have you ever hated something that everyone else seemed to love ?

Nigel Farage

He isn't popular with everyone else-just rather too many people.

Personally, I loathe him!

This. We got gifted tickets to see the live show. Left at the interval. Dreadful.

Sushi 🍣

I’m always told it’s because I have not had good sushi. I have and tried many different kinds and I still don’t like it

Friends. The tv show I didn’t like it in the 90’s and haven’t changed my mind

I've had "good" sushi in Japan and it was disgusting! Give me Aldi's California rolls any day!

All the time.

I cringe at reality TV.

I loathe grey paint, decor to slit your wrists by.

I dislike salted caramel, Ben'n'Jerry's and Wagamamas that so many people seem to rave about.

I've got used to being the outlier. It's quite nice really. I'm never dull. 😊

I love dogs and have had my own, but there seems to be an expectation that we accept them EVERYWHERE now. Even though I hate being licked, and have a DD who is mildly afraid of them.

Fancy restaurants.
I like independents but I cant deal with table cloths and pre-laid cutlery and starters and...

Books everywhere.
I do read but once I've read something unless I'm going to read it again it goes into the charity shop bag. I dont care what people on here say, if you're not going to use them again and they aren't sentimental then books are just clutter just like any shelves of nik naks. Apparently some people on here judge people whose houses have no visible books. Good job I'm not friends with people like that.

Hush. No explanation needed.

Open plan houses especially if they have those big bifold doors into the garden. The houses do look lovely but wouldn't suit my life plus drafts and noise.

Ensuites. That would actually stop me from buying a house.

Animal print. I just dont get it.

I think we need a judges ruling on this one. Far from being loved by everyone, it seems this is hated by everyone, dropping to fewer than 2 million viewers at Christmas, it’s definitely not a favourite any more. I’d love to hear from anyone who still loves it but I’ve never met anyone who does!

ScruffMuffin · Today 17:33

Carverys definitely overrated.

I cringe every time I hear about cruises. I literally can't imagine anything worse.

Rocky Horror Show - just cringe awful

Mrs Browns Boys, total shite

The One Show. Boring as fuck

Eastenders. Watched it for 3 weeks back in the beginning, sometimes turn over as another programme is about to start, so I see 2 minutes of it, it looks worse now than back then.
