Has anyone found the RH app helpful for weight loss?

Has anyone used the RH app is it any good? I am aware there is a month contract that you get signed up to.
I am struggling with weight loss, I already track calories on fitness pal. Not sure what difference the app would make as it seems to be a fancy fitness pal. Can anyone enlighten me please.

I would suggest searching here and on Tattle for peoples experiences of him. He called people taking WLIs lazy fat pigs, until he realised he could cash in on it and make money from the people he was slagging off

This one has a lot of detail and personal experiences https://www.mumsnet.com/talk/weight_loss_chat/5084548-team-rh-has-anyone-actually-been-visited-by-a-debt-collector

Like anything, it only works if you’re going to track everything honestly and accurately and get moving.

I believe the minimum contract is 12 months so you might want to check first.
I have a friend who uses it with some success.
His attitude worries me. He seems to have no compassion whatsoever. I am with a nutritionist and weight management coach currently who is incredibly compassionate and works on the reasons we overeat in the first place rather than just the number on the scales. I like his approach a lot and he makes a lot of sense.

I did actually but years ago. It's just calorie counting though and I don't know if it has changed but you used to have to use my fitness pal to input all your food anyway. I let the app before the end of my contract because I found the bloke to be awful - I couldn't stand him and had some real concerns about his behaviour.

I am just so frustrated with my weight obviously watched a few video and now it’s in my algorithm.

thanks for sharing the link to the other thread interesting to read others experiences of it

I haven't used it personally as I can't stand the chap but if you need a better tracking app, nutracheck is the one you need. It's more British and not a monthly subscription just a one off. Calculate your cutting TDEE and away you go.

But as someone else has said, anything only works if you're honest and are tracking everything.
