The most embarrassing thing has just happened- help me 🙈

I’m in the middle of house renovations at the min and the builder was in my bedroom doing work ( of course he’s young and gorgeously handsome) I nipped to the shop to get some cold drinks and ice lolly’s for the team as it’s obviously boiling. On my return I notice some of my underwear and socks
on the floor on the landing. He turns to me and says “ sorry love these were stuffed down the radiator” yip, you guessed it. My very unattractive heavily brown period stained underwear is in full sight of the most delicious specimen I’ve come across. I actually want to die. He will have definitely seen all the stains and now I want to fall into a hole. Im
sure he will have shown the other men on site! I want to cry I’m so so embarrassed 😳

It’s the sort of story we all love to have a giggle at but never want to actually happen to. Lol im disgusted at myself thing is im such a clean freak and I look extremely well put together so it will have been a very bad shock lol.

Reminds me of the workmen unblocking the pipe from the septic tank to the place where the contents spread out underground. All of a sudden a cascade of shit shot about 6 feet in the air. My gallant OH said: "It's all hers", pointing at me. What a gent!

Why would you dry dirty undies on radiator? Do you never clean behind your radiators,you can get special brushes for this,pokes the dust through so you can hoover it up. I think you prob just wanted to tell us all about the guy

Embarrassing in the moment but it won't feel like that for long. I expect he's seen much worse than that in people's houses.

Separately, why not buy black pants to wear when you're menstruating, it avoids the problem of staining if you flood.

My sons know all about periods and wouldn't worry about it.

Oh OP that's awful. The stuff of nightmares. He will forever more believe that stuffing stained underwear behind radiators is a thing. The day will come when he lives with a woman and asks her why she's doesn't stuff them down the radiator like everyone else and she will be like wtf are you on about.. and he won't remember where he got that idea.

This is why I stick to black pants these days! One of the ‘joys’ of peri for me is a 14 day cycle and regular flooding, pale
coloured underwear would have no chance! And yes, I always dry mine on the radiator in winter too ☺️
