... and so over the next week or so, I'll be bringing you scenes of everything that's going on. Today there are several people jogging in the park. Preston is out for his morning run.

But while they eat their ice creams, Jack Jellyhead and Colin Custardhead spot the bikes. "We could nick these!" says Jack.

I knew trouble was not far away! Loving your work, such a lovely start to the day.

Playmobil moles 😍

FuzzyCaoraDhubh · 24/05/2026 10:17

Thank you for tagging me @SoMuchToBits !

I always love a Playmo thread.
Thank you 🌟

Londonmummy66 · 24/05/2026 10:33

So lovely - even the criminals hold out their hands nicely to be arrested!!!

THank you @SoMuchToBits

viques · 24/05/2026 11:16

Loving the recycling centre! And the portaloo. Hope everyone has been generous with their sunscreen. Thanks @SoMuchToBits for all your hard work and creativity. Consider me signed if you start a bandstand petition!!!

SoMuchToBits · 24/05/2026 12:35

Thank you all! I'm sure they have put on their sunscreen. It never occurred to me to get out a tube of Playmo sunscreen when I was setting the scenes up, as the weather here wasn't great at the time. I should have remembered it's always sunny in Playmoland! Grin

This 7782.jpg (400×314) might be the nearest equivalent to a bandstand, but unfortunately it's an old set, not available any more, and I haven't found any second hand for sale.

Thanks @ChessieFL yes that's a bit pricey. Also it's not the same set, it's the wedding version (which is pink) rather than the Victorian version (yellow).

The Victorian version is just a pavilion, while the wedding one comes with some figures and accessories, although I notice that this one doesn't have the original bride (they have substituted a different one). Oh dear, you can tell I'm getting to be a bit of a Playmo expert! Grin

Thank you for tagging me @SoMuchToBits ! Just catching up and loving all the park activities!
(@Thetrickcyclist after a name change!)

Laska2Meryls · 24/05/2026 17:46

Aah I thought those dimwit naughty boys would be out trying to take advantage ! I hope they get a good telling off ..

Great to see Norman enjoying a bit of time out and a cuppa!

SoMuchToBits · 24/05/2026 19:24

@Occasionalcyclist I'm pleased the tag reached you - I wasn't sure whether it would work if anyone had namechanged, but it seems to!

@Laska2Meryls I know the puddingheads always go down well on a Playmo thread, so thought it would be good to include them! And good old Norman of course! Smile

Any guesses for what might happen in the park tomorrow? Smile

OP posts:
ChessieFL · 24/05/2026 21:26

Do they have tennis courts in the park? And a running track?

SoMuchToBits · 24/05/2026 21:29

@ChessieFL they might have tennis courts (but not tomorrow), but no running track, the joggers have already been along! Grin

WhoWhereWhatWhy · 24/05/2026 21:45

I hope they’re well hydrated and taking regular breaks. Everyone should be sure to have time in the shade and wear a hat too. I don’t want to have to worry!

SoMuchToBits · 24/05/2026 21:50

@WhoWhereWhatWhy I'm sure they are fine - but as I've mentioned, when I set up the scenes and took the photos, I had no idea we were going to have warmer weather at the time of posting! There's no need to worry at all! Smile

This is just wonderful ! I have a huge smile on my face and just love all the narration! Brilliant!

SoMuchToBits · 24/05/2026 21:55

Thanks to everyone who has commented - it means a lot to me, makes it worth while making these scenes! Smile

LOVE your Playmobil threads, THanks so much for doing them. I’m always happier when I see one in Active (probably means I’ve missed a few too, sadly).

SoMuchToBits · 24/05/2026 22:00

Thank you @Jux I can always add you (and anyone else) to my next tag list for the next Playmo event. I wouldn't want anyone to miss out! It's always lovely to see old friends on here, but also new recruits to the world of Playmobil! :-)

Ooh, I remember some of your other threads @SoMuchToBits . I don't keen track of them all, so this is a nice surprise. Smile

mehday · 24/05/2026 23:28

These are so lovely, please can you tag me in next time too, thank you!🤩

Fubbs · 25/05/2026 07:16

I'd love a tag too, the advent thread 2025 was the first one I found and it was an absolute delight!

LlynTegid · 25/05/2026 07:18

Hope Norman is coping with the warmer weather.
