It's Springtime in Eastgate Park for the Playmobil people in our house...

... and so over the next week or so, I'll be bringing you scenes of everything that's going on. Today there are several people jogging in the park. Preston is out for his morning run.

She sets her boat in the water and sails it across the pond.

Ianto arrives with his son Gwydion and his friend Sion with their boats.

They are all having fun sailing their boats.

Edwin takes his children Edmund and Ella to the pond with their friend Mason. They all have large sailboats.

Mason has a red boat.

Ella's boat is green.

Edmund has a blue boat.

I love this.

Given the heatwave, I would have just thrown lots of figures on the floor and gone with 'it's too hot to do anything and half of the figures have heat exhaustion from their exertions ' - maybe with an ambulance and paramedic standing by

The three boats are sailing very well on the pond!

There are people rollerblading in the park. Linus, Della and Jem are enjoying a family trip out.

They stop for a break while Jem has a drink.

And then carry on their way.

Vaslav the paperboy is taking a short cut through the park while delivering his papers.
