Anyone else get bustier post menopause?

I have and I don't like it! I think because it's just my image of myself so when I look in the mirror, it doesn't match my self image.

Well this thread is a revelation to me! I had gynae surgery in Feb. Big job but all benign in the reproductive territory thankfully. Honestly from the day I left the hospital I could notice the boobs growing and my usual bras getting much tighter. Nothing different about the rest of me which is neither under nor overweight, just the usual flabby bits that a lot of us have.

So from Feb to today I have gone up two cup sizes and I am now wondering if they pumped with some alien hormone while I was knocked out. 😊It's so weird! And uncomfortable and I don't like it one bit TBH.

I am in my 60s, way past meno, and am not and never have used HRT.

WTAF????

I've gone from a 42j to 38h. I've lost 6 stone and I'm post menopause (60) with no ovaries. I don't take HRT as it's not recommended in my family. I'm a bad tempered arsy cow anyway. I wear sports type crop tops in the house (surprisingly supportive) and wired elomi bras when working.
What I love about being smaller is plain knickers and not restrictive shapewear.
Try elomi @basoon

Yes. I was always around 34B. Post menopause I have 36GG monstrosities that I absolutely hate. I can't get t shirts that look nice and I look dumpy in any dresses with a waist.

I have tried everything to lose weight but nothing works. I hate what I look like and it's just so depressing 😞

God yes. Gone from a B to a DD. I don't mind though. Rather have the boobs increase than the belly pooch that seems to have appeared from no-where!!

Luckily I have good boobs and they have stayed fairly full and perky, but its annoying having to buy T-shirts, tops and sweatshirts in a bloody XL or even an XXL.

I have had no choice but to accept that my body shape has changed with age and embrace it as best I can (although I am trying to diet to get rid of the belly pooch)

@ErlingHaalandsManBun Same for me with the belly pouch.

Any advice on eradicating it would be very welcome.

Very slim in fact perhaps thin but MASSIVE breasts - really hard to dress for etc

Minimiser bras help a bit.

No, mine have not grown, still have small ones.

I went from a B to a C cup post menopause. I view them as a bit of a novelty - but the best thing about them is how short changed I’d like to imagine my ex-DH feels as he used to constantly refer to my apparently unpleasantly boy shaped figure.
