I’m single and my DD is grown up so I do my own thing. Saturday morning I go for a run, parkrun one week then my running club the other week, where we go for coffee together afterwards. Come home, do some housework, then go to a dance cardio class at a fitness studio at lunchtime. Walk back through the park, stop off for a coffee if the weather is nice. Come home, sort the kitchen and then have grocery delivery. Evening spent watching tv/chatting to friends/yoga and meditation.
Sundays are always different but I always do some sort of activity, a long hike, a run, last week I played rounders in the park with a group of friends, sometimes I go swimming, now and again I do a yoga or meditation retreat day, sometimes I meet friends for a pub lunch. Always something active and something social. Sunday evening I get set for the week ahead, long bath or shower, hair wash, shave legs etc. Make up a few days worth of lunches, plan my outfits for the week, do a meal plan, book my exercise classes for the week. Check through my planning for work (teacher).
None if it is set in stone, I might go away for the weekend, or occasionally have a lazy Saturday if I’ve had a big Friday night out, but this is my general routine. I love my weekends.
