So much since I last read the thread....

Firstly I think I mixed Holly W and Tess up and I think it was Holly W who I read was hard as nails.
Secondly I had NO idea Tess wasn't Tess's actual name. I don't know why the name Tess doesn't suit her though? Its a normal name. What is unsuitable about it?
Thirdly, the fact HE has deleted photos is interesting. Part of the divorce agreement? There absolutely will be numerous nondescript, seemingly innocent stories in the Daily Fail, hinting that they know something but can't print it. Yet.
Lastly, this marriage was probably over long ago. It won't be a surprise to the kids, who will be out the other side of it already, that it is now over publicly.

It really isn't this simple. Think about it, at any moment without warning there may be a wardrobe malfunction, someone's dance may go disastrously wrong, a piece of the set may collapse or the electrics don't work, someone swears on mike, an audience member does something embarrassing, etc etc. They can't possibly have a script on the monitor to cover every possibility that could happen, let alone deal with the fact that Claudia was constantly going off script anyway.

I know it isn’t simple but it’s not hers to hold

She has an ear piece - she will be told how to deal with it - the production crew are the ones who do all the thinking and the complicated decisions

she was a dreadfully flat and boring presenter

we all use those skills at work / she’s hardly ground breaking and talented - so glad she’s left
