It's very understandable you feel anxious/worried 💕
I have different health issues but they could also end up putting me (back) in hospital (or worse). I live alone & it's sometimes very scary.
I do a couple of things that help me, I don't know if they will help you or not, the first one is opening the back door and standing in the doorway or sitting on the step, I find the fresh air and just being outside really helps, while I'm there, I message a friend just to let them know what's happened and ask them to get my neighbour to check on me in the morning if I don't contact them to say I'm okay by a set time.
My neighbour is amazing and would do whatever is needed (she has a key and isn't afraid to use it!!🤣) however I need my friend as a middleman because I know she will remember to check. I have contacted her first thing in the morning. Whereas with my neighbour it could be late in the day or she may forget entirely.
This system allows me to go to sleep without being worried that no one would notice me missing for days on end.
I message with several friends daily, but I also value my independence so none of them would check on me just because they haven't heard from me that day because I might be busy doing other things
big hugs & I hope you can relax enough to get some sleep xx
