Although also the joy I felt when I was adult but not yet with responsibilities for small things like just having cheesecake for dinner if I wanted. Or just in general choosing what to eat.

Worrying about all the things

Childhood is wanting to worry about all the things

Great.

Being kept awake nightly by all manner of worries.

But also: ice cream for breakfast if I damn well want it!

Always feeding - children, cats, dogs, me.

Planning meals. I sometimes wish humans didn't need to eat.

A con....I want to go out on my bike to play, no responsibilities.
I wanted as a child to go to bed when I wanted, turns out its the same time! 🙈😂

A scam

Better than being in school tbh

Overrated. And exhausting

Eating healthily, drinking water and exercising so you can look and feel significantly worse than you did in your teens

Feeling like you live in that one supermarket branch

Tolerating that person you would never normally have chosen to be friends with for the sake of a wider group

Overwhelming and lonely sometimes

... a huge amount of responsibility

Peaceful.

Complete and utter shit

Knowing it's all downhill when you turned into one. All the kids that want to grow up fast just don't realise how free they really are
