Mine has always been lunch, where as I never miss breakfast or dinner. It’s not even a time thing - I have just never been much of a lunch person - though I do snack a lot - often on fruit or chocolate in the afternoon - or sometimes yoghurt.

The evening one. I always have breakfast & then usually have my main meal at lunchtime, then sometimes a snack around 3pm.

Lunch. I WFH and the time just slides by. I don't get as hungry when I'm not dashing about in the outside world. But I am starving by 5-5.30.

Brewtiful · 25/02/2026 18:42

Breakfast. I can happily go from evening to lunch without breakfast.

GanninHyem · 25/02/2026 18:42

Breakfast. I'm rarely hungry until 11am ish and by that point I might as well just wait until lunch.

Furlane · 25/02/2026 18:43

Breakfast definitely. I’ve never really eaten it.

Enko · 25/02/2026 18:43

Breakfast i take a while to wake up and if I eat too early my IBS goes nuts for the day.

HappyLittleTreeFriend · 25/02/2026 18:45

Breakfast without a doubt, I do really enjoy breakfast foods but usually I’m just not that hungry in the morning after a coffee! If I do have breakfast it tends to be more of a treat because I really fancy something like eggs on toast with bacon and then I end up skipping lunch.

GoldenCupsatHarvestTime · 25/02/2026 18:46

Breakfast. Generally I forget to have it

UpAndDownAllTheTime · 25/02/2026 18:46

Breakfast. A couple of black coffees, and I'm good.

BatshitCrazyWoman · 25/02/2026 18:47

Dinner.

Ilovelurchers · 25/02/2026 18:48

Breakfast. Lunch is second. It's rare that I don't eat something in the evening, even if it's only toast (like tonight).

SpookedMackerel · 25/02/2026 18:49

Lunch or dinner, often I’ll eat a later, bigger lunch and then skip dinner, or I’ll miss out lunch and have an early dinner.

I never ever miss breakfast.

Crunchymum · 25/02/2026 18:52

Breakfast here too.

It's the least exciting meal. I can't even muster up any enthusiasm if I am "going out" for breakfast (not that I do that often but even when I was younger and much more sociable going out for breakfast / brunch didn't appeal to me)

Dinner is the meal I'd not be able to miss.

It's funny how different people are. I am never hungry in the morning- couldn't possibly eat anything before 11 and then it's nearly lunch time. So big lunch and big dinner for me. Couldn't possibly go to sleep without having eaten.

OhMehGoddess · 25/02/2026 18:52

Breakfast every day, apart from a cooked breakfast on holiday.

westcott · 25/02/2026 18:53

Breakfast. It’s the easiest to miss I find

MakeYourOwnSunshine · 25/02/2026 18:53

Sorry, I don't understand the question?! 😆
I eat all three meals every day unless I'm ill or jetlagged or something. Never knowingly underfed!

UpAndDownAllTheTime · 25/02/2026 18:54

I don't even "miss" breakfast as such. It's just not a meal that exists for me.

FaceBothered · 25/02/2026 18:54

I only eat lunch and dinner so I wouldn't skip either of them.

1000StrawberryLollies · 25/02/2026 18:55

There is absolutely no way I would ever miss lunch or dinner, under any circumstances! I very occasionally miss breakfast if I don't have time before work and forget to take some with me. I gave up breakfast for a while when I tried 16:8 intermittent fasting. I could make it through to lunch time fine, but it played absolute havoc with my digestion!

SliceofTosst · 25/02/2026 18:56

Breakfast. Just don't feel hungry in the morning. If at home lunch is my bigger and main meal and something lighter in the evening.

Instructions · 25/02/2026 18:58

Breakfast. I have breakfast a handful of times a year.

BauhausOfEliott · 25/02/2026 18:59

Breakfast. I hardly ever bother with it.

BlueandWhitePorcelain · 25/02/2026 19:00

Dinner. If I have a cooked meal at lunch, I am full for the rest of the day. I couldn’t eat again at dinner time!

StedSarandos · 25/02/2026 19:01

I have never missed a mealtime in my life.
