Very random, but I had a sudden craving an hour or two ago for Rajasthani kadhi (a very tangy soup made with gram flour, yoghurt and spices) so I made a batch of it to gobble up with leftover saffron rice for a very late dinner. Now I'm thinking about those M&S coffee cream eggs a previous poster mentioned...

I'm low carb at the moment, so I really fancy some well toasted sourdough with salted butter. If I could also have a side of roast potatoes, that would be amazing!

Oh Lordy, yes. Satterthwaites in Crosby. Crumbs and shards and dollops went everywhere, but they were magnificent. (70s not 80s, but time stood still there. Just round the corner from the Clarks shoe shop with the foot size measuring machine I was afraid would eat my toes.)
