Sadly nothing as I have been on Monjaro since April.

I haven't craved anything in ages. My go to would be KFC hot wings, Singapore noodles or Kokoro. However KFC would be an instant regret on WLI. Also any type of pork. I feel my stomach churn with the first mouthful.

It's all a bit sad really. Maybe I could fancy Wagama's. Tomorrow. This sucks when you think about it. Keep telling myself my blood pressure will thank me one day.

If I am 100% honest with you right now I would like a Marlborough Gold and a pint of Stella and I would like to smoke it inside.

I can’t have that though because I quit smoking (apart from on holidays) 7 years ago :( and I can’t have a beer yet because I don’t drink when I’m alone with the kids. Maybe a beer once DH gets back though or maybe just a tea with some biccies.

I really fancy a quiet evening in bed…..!!! On my own!

Definitely put tartar on mine. I use a thick sliced sourdough, a really thin layer of cheddar, some shredded iceberg and loads of homemade tartar. Not something I eat often, but it's a delicious treat!
