Oh i have them when dh is on lates, they are nice.

Meat free Monday. Squash, onion, red pepper, potato, garlic, carrot, all roasted together in a roasting tin with olive oil, sea salt and smoked paprika. At the end of cooking, stirred in feta cubes and toasted walnuts. Mmmm.

Teriyaki salmon, parmentier potatoes because we didn’t have any rice, baby corn and mange tout. Lush!

We had gammon egg and chips, we had roast gammon yesterday.

Home made beef chow mein

Home made chicken, leek and ham pie (although the pastry was bought) with home made potato wedges and broccoli.

Yum! That sounds amazing - what do you serve it with, any rice, bread or similar?

Peanut satay marinated tofu, sesame broccoli and rice.

Chilli mac and cheese and salad.

Hello Fresh Teriyaki chicken

Beef burgers in buns with salad, gherkins and ketchup for me only dh hates them!

Salmon in ginger and soy sauce, sweet potato fries and some sad old lettuce, tomato and cucumber to use them up before the new delivery tomorrow.

Broccoli and plain scrambled egg with a wee bit salt.

Homemade prawn curry and homemade fresh chappattis

Home made, low salt chicken burgers, crispy new potatoes and corn on the cob. Turned out pretty well, surprisingly 😊

Slim pickings in the local supermarkets tonight (went to two there was so little fresh food in the first!): southern fried chicken breast, oven chips, salad and coleslaw

Left over chicken curry on jacket potatoes, with green veg

Tagliatelle with blue cheese sauce with chicken and bacon lardons.

Homemade pitta bread with salad and mixed beans in tomato and chilli, DH and DS had a few pork and chilli meatballs as well plus some cheese.

I can’t be bothered to cook today, do I just put a lamb curry patty in the oven. It’s one of those.
