Bibimbap homemade.

No kids tonight so Cheerios for me, no idea what DH is having can hear him clattering about in the kitchen

I just had the nicest dinner ever. I made a sausage dinner, but with cauliflower cheese and homemade yorkshire puddlings with the roast potatoes/parsnips and peas/carrots

It was probably the best dinner Ive made for ages - everything was perfect.

Noodles.
I'm going to have a mince pie in a bit.
Totally on money saving rations atm!!

We ate them with flatbreads, salad leaves and sweet chilli sauce 🌶️

Sausages, sweet potato, carrot suede and gravy!

Ds had sausages and some sliced potatoes, peas and cabbage (using up some odds and sods!). Dd and I had roasted chickpea and harissa salad thing with a yoghurty dressing. Dh is feeling a bit under the weather so had more of the soup he made us for lunch.

Wheetabix and a banana. I am full of cold and have a mouth full of ulcers so I ate a whole pizza for my lunch to cheer myself up 😂
Kids and dp had chicken Kiev, spicy rice, corn on the cob and salad.

Sausages, leftover braised red cabbage, frozen Brussels sprouts and chestnuts from Lidl, glass of red

We had a hello fresh tandoori chicken wrap thing. It was only ok, my least favourite of the latest box we had.
Gousto coming tomorrow, I think we are having some kind of pork meatball dish

Roast chicken legs, with potatoes tossed in paprika and baked with chorizo, onion and peppers. Bit of broccoli on the side.

I had homemade leek and potato soup with a crusty roll, was very nice.

Costcos enchiladas with spicy rice.
