My understanding is that both the youngest are back in her care full-time. Christ knows how or why though. A couple of years ago, she was only allowed a couple of hours a week, supervised.

Personally I don't think they are safe in her care when she constantly makes bad decisions. She has allowed them into very dangerous situations and she is around some very dangerous people.

Probably their ages, if they went into a family members care thats likely to be under special guardianship and its up to them what arrngements they make with the birth parent.
