I’ll admit I’m a little jealous 😄 she is an influencer, always insecure about her smaller breasts and was offered the opportunity. I think I’m in the wrong profession!

It’s made me wonder, if you was able to get anything changed surgically for free, would you ?

Technically she's not getting it free. She probably exchanging her services as an influencer by blogging/vlogging or advertising the service on tiktok or Instagram. I'd be wary of clinics or surgeons who do this. The reputable ones with incredible expertise don't tend to do this as they're booked up months and sometimes years in advance. I did once consider getting a reduction and there are some brilliant professionals out there but you have to be extremely choosy.

@Floorclean instead of picking holes in everything the OP has said just except it. I have a mutual friend who has just had a 360 and a boob job (under muscle) and was quite happy to flash results in pub and info her corset/ body stocking she has to wear.
Is it that unbelievable? And it depends the circles you move in?
Also prime health concepts and other Turkish companies do free surgery with caveats to posting online. There is another ‘grammer’ online at the moment who has got into trouble for it- advertising surgery and company when it looks like a botch job!

No I wouldn’t have surgery on the basis that I’d be flashing my body parts online as part of their marketing strategy. But I don’t need a boob job.
Some people are cut out for this kind of thing and some aren’t.

My friend got free Botox and a free non surgical nose job as long as they could use her before and after pictures on their instagram. She isn’t an influencer. I don’t think she’d go to the extreme of boob job before and afters being on instagram though!

They aren’t free. It’s in exchange for work or promotion. Quite possibly what this thread is also designed to result in.

Hell no. Cosmetic surgery gives me the heebies. I like my body how it is, ugly bits and all.

I wish I could have a breast reduction. Mine are permanently an E cup. Losing weight never seems to affect my cup size, it just reduces the back size. Tired of back ache, ugly bras, the wretched things getting in the way all the time. I'd be an AA cup if I had the choice, I'd love to be almost flat, but I'd settle for anything C cup or below.

Absolutely not. Surgery is bad enough when you have to have it. I find the idea of going under the knife for something so unnecessary and superficial mind-boggling tbh. A breast reduction for health reasons, sure - that's different. I'd rather have smaller boobs than I have, but it wouldn't even occur to me to have surgery.
