I’ll admit I’m a little jealous 😄 she is an influencer, always insecure about her smaller breasts and was offered the opportunity. I think I’m in the wrong profession!

It’s made me wonder, if you was able to get anything changed surgically for free, would you ?

I delays long enough to have lens replacement surgery for cataracts. I can’t imaging willingly putting myself ‘under the knife’.

I’d have a boob reduction, solve a lot of my back issues and scar reduction work on some surgery areas I have if I could have them as freebies 😆

Having surgery is not or shouldn't be a lifestyle choice. Any surgery carries a risk.

I mean, if someone went from, say, an AA to an E, they wouldn't have to flash anyone for that person to "see the results". Presumably she didn't have a boob job just to hide them under a baggy jumper (and even then you'd notice if your mate had suddenly gone up several cup sizes!)

I agree. I had an A/B cup until my 40s. Clothes hung beautifully. Now they’re an F and I feel really frumpy.

I know someone who advertised her jaw lifting as in jowls on company's FB site in return for discount or possibly free. Claims she wanted to keep looking young . Her DCs are grown up and her daughters are beautiful.But it meant everyone where we live saw it . Everytime I see her I think you are vain twat and everyone now knows it .

I’m not sure I’d choose a surgeon that promoted their services like that , it feels a bit desperate.
I wouldn’t want any surgery free or otherwise. I don’t mind aging really and I’m happy with my imperfect self.

I’d worry about the ethics of a clinic that promotes itself like this. The decision to have surgery isn’t really one they should be incentivising with freebies. The whole thing sounds pretty grim.

I feel your pain, although I don't want to be entirely flat. I'm a G and would love to go back to the days of a D cup - if I had the money I would absolutely do it. I get horrible backache and although they look fine underneath my clothes, they mean I have to buy all my tops in large sizes to fit them - which mean they don't fit elsewhere - and they interrupt my sleep. Plus I'd love to be perky again - who wouldn't.

I want to say no I wouldn't, but six kids and an outdoor life hasn't been kind - I would never pay for it as could always find somewhere else to spend the money- but a free whole body makeover like they used to do in the Swan.... Sign me up 😂

If a patent can prove their body is causing “psychological issues” 🙄. then the NHS can do certain ops.

I wouldn't get surgery but I wouldn't mind getting my teeth whitened and improved. If I had to get surgery, then maybe a neck lift?

Good god I wouldn't want breast implants, there are all sorts of risks and complications. No thanks. What a strange thing to be jealous of.
