Can anyone recommend a magnesium glycinate on Amazon?

I don’t want the 3 in 1 though, just glycinate. Citrate makes you poo.

someone somewhere had asked them about purity etc and found them good.

half the sleep effects with mag glycinate is the glycine

but, it will only work if you’re a bit lacking.

Ahhh - snap with @theminionsi see. Good value for money and I get to sleep from around midnight to 5 am which believe me is a vast improvement…
