The one I’ve used for years has disappeared, so any recommendations?

Not sure why my post has been hidden, it's literally just an Amazon link to the Magnesium gummies I take! Nothing nefarious!

We are looking for recommendations for magnesium bisglycinate or magnesium glycinate in drop form:

An adult family member who cannot swallow tablets or capsules has started using liposomal magnesium bisglycinate in liquid form to see if it helps with longstanding insomnia and chronic nocturnal restless legs.

Using it daily for around 3 weeks and it does seem to be helping with his sleep but so far, no improvement in the restless legs.

He's currently using the teen/adult strength of Mighty Magnesium liposomal magnesium bisglycinate. But a 25 day bottle is very expensive.

We are looking for magnesium bisglycinate or magnesium glycinate drops as a cheaper alternative.

Liposomal magnesium glycinate drops are available on Amazon (sold by a company called "Baanaas" Dynamoshape) which are made in China but I can't find any information on the company that is selling it - just a London address on the packaging which is probably the UK distributer for the Chinese company.

Can anyone recommend a drop form of liposomal magnesium bisglycinate or magnesium bisglycinate or magnesium glycinate where it is clear where the product originates and who sells it?

I've found this one by Supa Supps which is magnesium glycinate:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Magnesium-Glycinate-Liquid-Drops-1000MG/dp/B0CZ7LHL1W/

The packaging states "1000MG STRENGTH" but the dose says 400mg of magnesium per serving, which is confusing.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

I used that Nutrition Geeks one and found that it is REALLY harsh on the stomach (effective if you are constipated but gives me crampy pain every time!), whereas a mix of Solgar Magnesium Citrate and this excellent Magnesium Bisglycinate is far, far gentler and just as effective.

The same company also makes a Magnesium Threonate which although expensive is really very good for sleep as well.

Magnesium threonate is said to be good for brain fog, I was on it before I went on HRT

re liquid bisglycinate - take a tablet, put between 2 teaspoons and crush. Add to liquid of choice.
Don't get hung up on the 'liposomal' shizz. If you do not want to ingest it, then magnesium 'oil' (saturated solution) which is applied topically and therefore completely bypasses the digestive tract is cheap and very effective.

Another vote for the Nutrition Geeks one
