We always buy Lauden chocolates the shell is crisp and the crème is unctuous with a full flavour.

One Christmas when there were lots of chocs and family around we did a fun taste test and Lauden won hands down.

Absolutely stunning chocolates. The smell in the shop is heavenly!
I won their Easter Egg raffle years ago and still think about that delicious giant egg.

Are fondant creams and creams different? I always thought that in chocolate terms they were the same!

I don't know.

I just know I got really excited one year when I saw round violet and rose fondant at Waitrose possibly the brand mentioned and when I got them home they were definitely inferior to rose and violet creams.
