My next one is 60 - eeek 😬
But as the saying goes, it's better than the alternative right?

60 in 3 weeks. I’m having a party in a pub and I’ve got a sparkly red dress.

I’m close to 70 but feel around 30 😀

60, but not for 7 years 4 months. If I'm around (lost 4 friends in last 3 years), I'll probably be decidedly grumpy for a bit, then figure I'm lucky to still be around.

Not liking being 52. Every year I think God, it has to get easier...maybe it will by then.

I'm glad for the privilege of getting older as some dear friends went way too soon.

70 next year. This decade has passed by the quickest of all.
But, as my youngest grandson, 4, has told me “ you aren’t old Storynanny”
I feel as if I should be in my 40’s
Id like to do my 20’s and 30’s again and choose a much more decent husband and have another go at parenting little ones with all of the knowledge I have now in retrospect!
Like to do my 40’s again and not think I was old/fat etc
Happy to redo 50’s and 60’s as they were lovely.

40 next year. I had a few very close calls with sudden illnesses in my 30s so I'm feeling lucky to be making it to 40. All going well my teenagers should be leaving the nest in my 40s so it'll be an interesting decade of new beginnings I hope.

Ive got to do as much living as possible now, hoping that the menopause waits for me to do so 🙏

Just another birthday as far as I’m concerned and I’m a bit fed up already of people wanting to plan a party, holiday, afternoon tea etc etc even though it’s still 9 months away!

dont really care , I don’t like celebrating my birthday particularly. I don’t mind being 50 (I think!), kids have left home, good career, life is fun but I don’t need decades of it ahead of me.

50 in 6.5 years, I’m not thrilled by it if I’m being honest!

60 in the spring. Not bothered as such, but really looking forward to the heavily reduced cost of getting to work and a couple of old pensions kicking in!

50 next summer. I was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer in 2023 and am currently in remission. I really hope I’ll still be in remission next summer.

40 in 2034 so I have some time left. I did not feel great about turning 30 so I can assume I’ll be feeling pretty rubbish about turning 40! Maybe I’ll feel like a brand new woman though as my youngest will be 10 by then. 🤞

I'll be 70 in 4 years! I console myself with the fact that my only sibling is 12 years older, so will be 80 in 2 years.
