It's absolutely pouring here.
It's the stormiest rain storms we've had for a long time.
I'm sitting in the car waiting for child to have music lesson.

West Midlands "no rain expected" when I left the house it has pissed it down all day i got soaked then when I was sorting my boot earlier? I found it had a real raincoat in there the ENTIRE TIME I was walking around in a soggy hoodie

South leicestershire here - its been raining steadily since 9pm last night and is due to ramp up and starting blowing a hooley any time now. Unfortunately for me, I have a haircut booked at 2.30pm (only go every 6 months) after which I need to walk the dog...............!

Yes, it’s been raining for weeks with perhaps one or two dryish days. I feel totally fed up with the thought of yet another long, grey, rainy winter and spring probably followed by yet another rainy summer. We’re not ‘festering under a blanket with yet another hot chocolate’ people, so it’s utterly miserable. I have 2 small children and a lively dog and indoor days just aren’t a thing.

Beautiful day on the west coast of Scotland - very breezy and quite cold, but sun is shining and skies are blue.

Forecast to stay this way for the next week, but overnight temperatures are consistently dropping below freezing for the first time this winter. Need to top up the log baskets for the wood burners.

Its just been announced that DDs rugby practice is inside tonight... it must be bad!

I am in Mallorca and i can confirm it's raining here too, though it's just a light mist really. I never begrudge rain here!

@whirlyhead Jealous! That's one of our favourite holiday destinations so if you live there, you are indeed a lucky duck!
We were there mid October and we had glorious weather ☀️
But, as you say, every drop of rain is precious there so hopefully you get to enjoy some more.

Still "lashing" here (loving all the different descriptions of rain) and off to do the school run in my ark...

It’s drizzling here , in the green , green grass of rural west Wales
We went for a walk this morning , and got wet ( but at least we did our 10,000 steps) and the river , which had burst its banks last week is at a more normal level

It’s been non stop here in the west mids. Normally I venture out in all weather but today I couldn’t bring myself to drag DS out in it, I’m sure we will be having floods soon if it carries on this way.

Been raining since I woke up in Cheshire, still raining but 'a bit less' now, very dark and generally grim.

My son has had to cancel his gaming event in Coventry as there's no trains from the North West. Stormy and chucking it down here now as well.
