A hot tub

Security. I rent.

No room for one in my home but would love my next home to have a utility room / laundry room

Boot room AND Garden room.

I think they'd both make the biggest difference.

A dish washer and a kitchen big enough to have one in it. Plus a garden but as I live in a flat that’s a bit tricky.

Also a walk-in pantry.

A separate lounge and a dishwasher

Nanny / housekeeper, garden, money

A laundry room. With space to hang all the laundry up not just wash it.

A utility cupboard to store vacuum cleaner, broom, mop etc.

A cloakroom so that there is ample storage for all the coats, shoes, bags, hats etc instead of them being crammed into a cupboard in the downstairs loo.

A big cupboard in the kitchen for the air fryer, instant pot, breadmaker etc (need a bigger kitchen to fit this cupboard in)

So basically better storage.

In my dreams: a chartreuse green leather button-backed armchair.
In reality: more cupboards and drawers in the kitchen.

Storage/tidiness

Better plumbing. We are never done sorting out issues with the 4 bathrooms!

A rolling library ladder. I own over a thousand books which means I can technically class our house as a library. So I really feel I should have one.

Only 1 DH and I have this conversation all the time:

Second bathroom
Separate toilet
Dressing room
Garage and/or access to garden with a big shed

A super-kingsize bed. Slept in one for the first time ever, in a Barcelona hotel, and have longed for one of my own ever since!

A robot to do all the cleaning and other boring chores I hate.
A working power shower. Ours is currently broken
My dream house would have a warm indoor pool.
Lots of cats and dogs.
My garden renovated
My house redecorated.

A pottery kiln.

Enrique Iglesias and a big roll out canopy to go over my terrace. The "penthouse" upstairs has one and I am jealous of it. I might be generally jealous of their terrace though as it's bigger than ours.
