An outside paint job with new windows .

A new kitchen. Had the same one since we bought the house. We bought the house knowing the kitchen was terrible, to the extent we were able to negotiate a lower offer.

But we just never have enough put aside. Whenever we start building savings for it, something else more important comes along that needs the money. 8 years now and still no closer to it, meanwhile its just getting shitter and shitter.

I truly hate it. I spend as little time in there as possible.
