What do you watch first thing in a morning?

Watch TV in the morning?? Are you a sadist? 😱
I don’t watch TV until after 9pm, Netflix etc. and I don’t watch any live TV ever. It’s all so crap.

Nothing.
I can honestly say I never put the tv on.
Dh will put it on in the evening and ask if there's anything I want to watch but im not usually bothered.

Oh look at all you superior beings who don't watch the telly.

No tv in our house until evening.

I like BBC breakfast on in the background while I get ready for work so I can call which ever MP is talking bollocks names. I also like tutting at Naga.

Or maybe some of us like quiet in the morning while getting ready for work? I watch hours of TV in the evening and at weekends but don't watch TV in the morning.

I get up at 4:45 for work and just need something unchallenging and entertaining at that hour while I shower and do my face. Currently re-watching/listening on my phone to The Thick of It for the twentieth time.
Either that or a gambling streamer I like on YouTube.
Eases me into the madness of the day 😂

I don't watch TV in the morning, unless something exceptional is happening like General Election results, major disaster etc. in which case it would be BBC News 24. I read the news online, do some puzzles and come on Mumsnet, usually. At the weekend, I put the radio on but on work days I enjoy the silence while I can.

The TV usually goes on between 7pm & 8pm for a couple of hours, that's when I am ready for zero-effort-on-my part entertainment.

Nothing, I get up at 5.30 and sit outside with a cup of tea. If it is raining I sit in the doorway of the shed. I hate being talked at by people or TV/radio first thing. I shower at 6, dress and leave for work at 6.30 via the scenic route with very loud metal music playing in the truck 😄

Nothing. Radio all the way for me. I don't watch TV until about 8pm (except for Wimbledon 😂).

I've never watched tv in the morning.
I aways used to listen to Radio 4 Today programme. But if I can stick 5 minutes of that now before it annoys me so much I have to turn it off then I'm doing well. I usually switch over to Radio 3.
I've never been an enthusiastic TV watcher and watch hardly any these days.

Radio 5 Live - Wake up to Money (recommend) at 5am followed by 5 Live Breakfast a hour later. Easy ways to take in info with eyes-closed and snuggled under the duvet.

No tv in the day here either. Radio 2 in the morning, tv at night.

K pop demon hunters because I have young daughters!

Kids come straight down and put on YouTube, usually some Minecraft or Toca Boca nonsense while husband and I are dealing with breakfast etc, when they go to get ready we put on BBC Breakfast. On the days I’m not working I quite often sit down to an old episode of Frasier once everyone else is out and I’m eating my own breakfast.
