I am sure i am not the only one who hates hot weather. seem to be seeing nothing but oh isnt this weather lovely or its fab well its not i am hot grumpy i cannot sleep, got thrush, sweat rash, bad headache, do not want to eat anything, feel constantly thirsty.

I'm fucking done. My 2 small DC have a diarrhea and sickness bug, in THIS heat! This is what hell is made of I know it. My house stinks of shit, we're all feeling minging and festering in our own sweat. Only minor plus side is I've been able to wash and dry all the bedding on the line. My OH took one for the team and hung it out for me. I may have died. No exaggeration

It's awful. If I didn't feel ill with my ME, exacerbated because of the heat, I would go enjoy the forest. As it is, I'm stuck in my hideous hot box of a house. Managed to nap a bit this afternoon but it's 32 degrees in here and after this many days, it's impossible to cool the house down.

We in Dublin. Tiring agree. So warm. Had an awful migraine yesterday heat didnt help. 50s sweating in clothes too. Dont know how people love it!!

Feel quite stressed with it. Had an anxiety episode earlier on when I woke up from a nap, shaking. Very weird. Just going from fan to fan in the house. We're all bad tempered and sweaty. I've just had a cold shower and am lying on the bed with the fan. I'm not moving from here apart from to get some cornflakes perhaps.

I find a cold drink and some paracetamol can help, even if you don't have any pain.

DCat who is fluffy and long-haired is on top of my wardrobe in my room.. The blinds have been down all day in there. DCat is fucked off. She hasn't said as much but I can tell she's annoyed st this fucking weather.

I went out to the shops, regretted it, and have been watching Netflix in a darkened lounge, fan on, windows open. Dinner has been fucked off in favour of a supermarket pizza. Dd & I are wearing cotton dresses and are couch potatoes.

I can cope with 23-24°, not this bollocks.

Flies that is my other bug bear no matter how many fly strips etc you use the flipping things crawl all over me! usually just as I have just got settled in bed!
mind the other day I picked up a pile of clothes not knowing a bee had made its home in it and received a lovely big sting on my palm!

3rd trimester pregnancy. not even fans are helping! Got one of those shite air coolers off TikTok! It was rubbish so spent £300 ordering proper air con unit. This is the last heatwave I’m dying in ever again haha

Top floor flat Window restrictors New fire safety rules meaning there must be no gaps...............and black cladding. Food stored in hall cupboard has had to be thrown out HA contractor due here on Wednesday to fix a leak that was reported in May. As they have waited till heatwave season plus they have helped to turn this flat into even more of a sweatbucket i will be wearing no more than i am now and i wont be lifting a finger.

breastclusterfeeding in this is making me want to scream! I feel like I'm actually despairing at the mere thought of yet another heatwave, I cannot take it any longer! Bought a £££ air conditioner but now I'm sick of being in one room, getting cabin fever. Can't get on with cooking or laundry without feeling angry and unwell. ARGHHHH.
