Tooth removal recovery

Hi guys, I'm booked in to get my tooth removed on Tuesday, he’s also said he needs to divide the tooth into sections before removing it. I’m getting it done under local anaesthetic. I’m just very worried as it’s my sons nursery graduation the day after and I want to attend it and really be able to enjoy it as I’m so proud of him as he is autistic and I didn’t think he would ever get chance to do something like this as initially getting him to nursery in the past was difficult. Does anybody have any experience with something similar who can advise me what I’m going to be like the next day?
thanks in advance

So you have both removed on one side and three still remaining on the other side?

3 missing the other side

I don’t have any of my wisdom teeth and only one back molar. I had the ones on the bottom left taken out in hospital under GA due to an infection but have had all the others taken out in dentist under local anaesthetic. Have taken the rest of the day off work but fine next day with paracetamol . I wonder if mine all came out easily due to gum disease as I don’t recall any problems (touching wood here for future extractions).
