What one thing do you like on your toast?

Apart from just salty butter, I love peanut butter. It goes all warm and flight and tastes delicious.

Vegemite.

Brie and caramelised onion marmalade
Mashed avo with dome lemon juice, salt pepper and chilli
Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs with chives salt and pepper

Toast must be sourdough sliced thick o a toasted English muffin

Good quality strawberry jam or honey.

I love a bit of Toast ☺️

With a poached egg smashed wantonly on top of it, sea salt, white pepper, and tiny dobs of ketchup. If eaten in private, no cutlery.

Lime marmalade, oh yes. Childhood nostalgia.

If you've got bayonne or Parma type ham, at room temperature, laid on top so the fat sinks into the toast.

Drizzle of honey.

Savory wise I like to grate mixed cheeses into a bowl, mandolin very thin slices of onion and tomato in, add a dash of salt pepper and Henderson relish mix it up and heap on toasted bread and grill till bubbly brown.

Hummus. Preferably of the jalapeño variety, but any hummus will do.
